Frequently asked questions

Have a question that's not answered below?
Send us an email!

HOW LONG IS THE JOURNEY EXPERIENCE?

Once your Journey has begun, you can expect the experience to be approximately 1 ½ hours in length, during non-peak times. Peak times may be longer.

IS THE JOURNEY SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?

Yes! The Journey is great for all ages. There's even a chance for our younger guests to pet farm animals inside Bethlehem. However, strollers are not allowed on The Journey trail.

Where do I go once i arrive?

Head to our Henderson location! Once you have parked, please head toward the lake to begin your Journey. Shuttles are available at specific pick-up/drop-off locations in designated parking areas.

HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR THE JOURNEY?

Since The Journey experience is outside, guests should dress with the winter weather in mind. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

I'm worried about walking outdoor trails.

The Journey experience is roughly a quarter of a mile on a walking trail through the woods. While we do our best to keep the trail free of debris, the trail can be uneven.

Due to the nature of these outdoor trails, we encourage those worried about walking after it's dark to join us for a matinee or look into details of mobility assistance available when choosing your ticketed date and time.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE?

Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended as time slots fill quickly and pre-purchased tickets will allow a seamless start right off the shuttle. However, tickets will be available for purchase on site until the maximum visitor capacity for each night is reached.
