Full - Time
Provides leadership for discipleship groups by recruiting, training, and equipping leaders, overseeing curriculum and weekly content, and coordinating church-wide discipleship initiatives. Supports campus reps and staff spiritual formation to foster consistent, growth-oriented group environments across campuses.

Full-Time
The Marketing Manager leads the church’s multi-channel marketing strategy including email, app, social media, and web. This role involves creating resonant campaign copy, tracking digital performance metrics, and managing external vendor relationships. Ultimately, the position ensures all messaging aligns with the church’s mission, vision, and values.
Central | Motion Graphics/VFX Specialist
Full-Time
The Motion Graphics/VFX Specialist is responsible for creating motion graphics, animations, and branding elements across various platforms, including sermon series, social media, and LED walls. They will also develop reusable motion templates to help the broader team maintain a consistent and professional visual style. By collaborating with video and production teams, the specialist will integrate motion content with lighting and stage design to create a cohesive, high-quality worship experience for in-room and online audiences.

Part-Time
The church Receptionist plays a crucial role in furthering our mission by being a friendly voice, a warm welcome, and with a professional demeanor. This is a part-time, 14-hour position with a required schedule of Thursday (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Friday (9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, handles incoming calls, and performs essential administrative duties to support the church’s daily activities.

The Safety & Emergency Response Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the church’s Safety & Emergency Response Team (SERT) across multiple campuses. This position ensures that volunteers are properly trained, equipped, scheduled and prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

Full-Time
The CCC Systems Administrator provides behind-the-scenes technical expertise and reliable IT support that enables ministry across all campuses and advances the church’s mission to lead others to a life-changing relationship with Jesus. Partnering with Help Desk and Production, the Systems Administrator communicates project milestones, trains staff, and ensures dependable technology so ministry leaders can focus on discipleship and outreach.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Full-Time
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and functionality of all church facilities and grounds. This role involves performing repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring the campus remains safe, secure, and welcoming for staff, volunteers, and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in troubleshooting and repairs, proactive, and serves with a Christ-like attitude.

The Compassion Residency is designed for those who are ready to take the next big step in their leadership journey. Through this immersive 10 month program, you'll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience to help you grow into the leader you’re called to be. If you’re serious about ministry and leadership, this is your chance to learn, grow, and serve.
