BLUFFTON | GENERATIONS leader / pastor

The Generations Leader/Pastor at Bluffton Campus is responsible for leading and inspiring our children and students (birth-HS Graduation) by implementing innovative programs that foster spiritual growth and community engagement. This role involves recruiting and equipping volunteers, building relationships, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. The position requires collaboration with the Bluffton campus team, Central Generations team, as well as working collaboratively with the counterparts at other campuses to ensure effective programming and a supportive atmosphere for young participants. Candidates should have a strong and committed personal faith, leadership and development skills, and a heart for mentoring the next generation.

Central | Local outreach leader / pastor

We are seeking a leader with a proven track record of developing ministry models and leading effective young adults ministries. The role involves creating a sustainable, scalable ministry model that can be replicated across CCC campuses near colleges. The position also focuses on connecting with students, building meaningful relationships, and leading programs that foster spiritual growth at our Downtown Campus. Henderson campus | STUDENT leader / pastor

Full-Time
To advance the mission of Compassion Christian Church by overseeing and developing programs, ministry strategies, and service opportunities for the Henderson Campus Student Ministry. This role focuses on cultivating a vibrant, engaging environment where students encounter Jesus and grow spiritually, while also leading and equipping volunteer leaders and teams to fulfill this vision.

Henderson campus | early childhood coordinator

Full-Time
Oversees the Early Childhood Ministry (Birth-PreK) and related functions, including coaching Kids Ministry Serve Team members and developing leaders. Emphasizes teamwork and maintains a welcoming environment for families, ensuring a well-organized ministry that serves children and their parents in alignment with the church's mission to lead others to a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Full-Time
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and functionality of all church facilities and grounds. This role involves performing repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring the campus remains safe, secure, and welcoming for staff, volunteers, and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in troubleshooting and repairs, proactive, and serves with a Christ-like attitude.

MIDWAY CAMPUS | KIDS LEADER/PASTOR

Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated Kids Ministry Leader for our Midway Campus to help carry out our mission of leading others to a life-changing relationship with Jesus. This position involves implementing engaging programs and building strong relationships with children and their families while recruiting and developing volunteer leaders. You will oversee ministry strategies, ensure a safe environment for all participants, and collaborate with team members to enhance our Kids Ministry. If you are passionate about nurturing faith in children and supporting their growth, we encourage you to apply and join us in this important work.

Residency at Compassion

The Compassion Residency is designed for those who are ready to take the next big step in their leadership journey. Through this immersive 10 month program, you'll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience to help you grow into the leader you’re called to be. If you’re serious about ministry and leadership, this is your chance to learn, grow, and serve.

Dates for the third round of Residency: August 3, 2026—May 28, 2027
