BLUFFTON | GENERATIONS leader / pastor

Full-Time
The Generations Leader/Pastor at Bluffton Campus is responsible for leading and inspiring our children and students (birth-HS Graduation) by implementing innovative programs that foster spiritual growth and community engagement. This role involves recruiting and equipping volunteers, building relationships, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. The position requires collaboration with the Bluffton campus team, Central Generations team, as well as working collaboratively with the counterparts at other campuses to ensure effective programming and a supportive atmosphere for young participants. Candidates should have a strong and committed personal faith, leadership and development skills, and a heart for mentoring the next generation.

Central | Facilities Director

Full - Time
The Facilities Director leads and provides oversight for the central facilities team that services all campuses, working quietly behind the scenes so guests experience no distractions and staff can focus on ministry. Responsible for maintenance, safety, security, vendor management, and capital projects, this role enables the organization’s mission to lead others into a life changing relationship with Jesus.

Central | receptionist

Part-Time
The church Receptionist plays a crucial role in furthering our mission by being a friendly voice, a warm welcome, and with a professional demeanor. This is a part-time, 14-hour position with a required schedule of Thursday (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and Friday (9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, handles incoming calls, and performs essential administrative duties to support the church’s daily activities.

Central | Systems Administrator

Full-Time
The CCC Systems Administrator provides behind-the-scenes technical expertise and reliable IT support that enables ministry across all campuses and advances the church’s mission to lead others to a life-changing relationship with Jesus. Partnering with Help Desk and Production, the Systems Administrator communicates project milestones, trains staff, and ensures dependable technology so ministry leaders can focus on discipleship and outreach.

Henderson campus | Elementary coordinator

Full-Time
Oversees the Elementary Ministry (Kindergarten-5th Grade) and related functions, including coaching Kids Ministry Serve Team members and developing leaders. Emphasizes teamwork and maintains a welcoming environment for families, ensuring a well-organized ministry that serves children and their parents in alignment with the church's mission to lead others to a life-changing relationship with Jesus.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Full-Time
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity and functionality of all church facilities and grounds. This role involves performing repairs, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring the campus remains safe, secure, and welcoming for staff, volunteers, and guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled in troubleshooting and repairs, proactive, and serves with a Christ-like attitude.

Residency at Compassion

The Compassion Residency is designed for those who are ready to take the next big step in their leadership journey. Through this immersive 10 month program, you'll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience to help you grow into the leader you’re called to be. If you’re serious about ministry and leadership, this is your chance to learn, grow, and serve.

Dates for the third round of Residency: August 3, 2026—May 28, 2027

Note: All of our internships are unpaid and require that participants secure their own living arrangements and transportation.
