The Service Programming Coordinator supports the planning and communication of weekly services and oversees the Service Dashboard. This role brings together Communications, Worship, and ministry teams to prepare scripts and visuals, align service elements with campaign messaging, and keep planning tools and content libraries up to date. It also helps teams across campuses stay coordinated and on schedule from series launch through closeout.

The Compassion Residency is designed for those who are ready to take the next big step in their leadership journey. Through this immersive 10 month program, you'll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience to help you grow into the leader you’re called to be. If you’re serious about ministry and leadership, this is your chance to learn, grow, and serve.
