Growth Track

Everyone has a first step in their relationship with the Lord - we invite you to discover what comes next. Join us for Growth Track and engage in the next steps in your spiritual journey. During this weekly four-session experience, you will be encouraged and empowered to be with Jesus, become like Jesus, and do the things Jesus would do.

Session One

Reach Your One

Explore the heart, vision and values behind Compassion Christian Church, discover who Jesus is, how to be with Him, and talk to others about Him.
Session one occurs in person on the first Sunday of every month and online on the first Monday.

Session Two

Grow Together

We were intentionally designed by God for community. We pray that you become more like Jesus as you connect with life-giving relationships and groups at Compassion.
Session two occurs in person on the second Sunday of every month and online on the second Monday. 

Session Three

Make A Difference

Being with Jesus and becoming more like Him should lead us to do what He would do. Showing compassion to those in our church, our community, and our world is something we greatly value, and we want you to be a part of it. Discover what it means to be a part of our team and serve. 
Session three occurs in person on the third Sunday of every month and online on the third Monday.

Session Four

Join The Team

Live out your God-given purpose and serve others in ways you’ve never imagined. Connect to serving opportunities and take your place as part of the Compassion Christian team. 
Session four occurs only in person on the fourth Sunday of every month.

Common Questions

How does Growth Track connect me to a group?

One of the best parts about growth track is that it will help you start to form relationships with people that you have never met before. As you attend Growth Track, we will do our best to connect you with a Rooted experience or an ongoing discipleship group.

How does Growth Track connect me to a SERVE team?

Each Serve team has different requirements to join. In week three of Growth Track, we make sure that we handle the Serve team process so that you can focus on taking your next step.

What happens when I finish Growth Track?

By the time you finish Growth Track, you will have established two to three tangible next steps to continue on your journey. They will look slightly different based off of decisions you make, but our hope is to help you find your place at Compassion Christian.

I have been a part of Compassion Christian for a long time; do I go to Growth Track?

Our best advice for you to take a next step is to always choose to go through Growth Track. It will help you get connected in the best way possible, and is an opportunity to make sure we are all on the same page.
