  • For non-cleanup-related needs (financial, shelter, etc), please call 211 for the United Way.
● Crisis Cleanup support. This online database management system will allow homeowners to enter their information to request volunteer cleanup support.
● The cases in Crisis Cleanup will be considered for long-term case management on a case-by-case basis.
● Individual assistance for homes that have been identified as having major damage or destroyed, through the Red Cross damage assessment process.
● Emotional & spiritual care

● Emergency Shelter
● Beginning long-term case management for those who may have longer-term needs.
● Those that qualify would be individuals whose primary homes were damaged and did not have flood insurance.
● Through a case management process, needs will be identified, and support to individuals will be rendered through an allocations table process.
● Connecting families to emergency services, housing, stabilization, and family support services, we’re helping them move out of homelessness and into stable housing for good.
● To provide disaster survivors with information, support, services, and a means to access and apply for disaster assistance through joint data-sharing efforts between federal, tribal, state, local, and private sector partners.
