Frequently Asked Questions

Christmas At Compassion

Below we've laid out some frequently asked questions and information all about our Christmas Eve services!

what can i expect?

This Christmas at Compassion, we want you to have a powerful and memorable experience. Come and enjoy an uplifting message, some of your favorite Christmas carols and a few surprises.

We have multiple service times and locations to give you the best opportunity to join us during the busy holiday season. When you arrive at any of our campuses, you can expect to be greeted with a warm welcome, and help from our team to find a seat and enjoy the service.

If this will be your first time joining us and you plan to take advantage of the provided childcare, plan to arrive a little early, so that we can help you get your kid(s) checked-in to Compassion Kids and give you time to meet the leaders and look around. Kids programming will be available for birth through pre-k during Christmas Eve services across all campuses.

Are the different services times different experiences?

No. While our services will differ a bit depending on which campus you attend, they will be the same service at each available time. We offer multiple services to give everyone a chance to experience Christmas at Compassion within busy holiday schedules.

how long does the service last?

Christmas services run about 75 minutes. Whether you have a more traditional church background or none at all, you’ll feel right at home at Compassion this Christmas.

What's the music like?

Our bands rock (we're a little biased)! It'll be upbeat and probably louder than you expected. You'll hear a few worship songs during the service and maybe even a cover tune so feel free to sing along or participate however you feel most comfortable. Lyrics will be on the screens.

We encourage families to bring children into the Christmas service to experience it together as a family, however, kids programming is available for birth through pre-k grade during Christmas Eve services across all campuses.

do i need a ticket to attend?

No tickets are required! Christmas at Compassion is free and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Auditoriums across all campuses will open 15 minutes prior to the start of each service.
