We’re looking for a passionate Worship Pastor who can do more than lead songs—they lead people. This role is all about building a vibrant worship culture—recruiting and discipling volunteers, collaborating with students, and creating space where people of all ages can encounter God. Are you passionate about shaping the next generation? We’re looking for a dynamic Kids Pastor to lead and inspire children and families at our Effingham Campus. You’ll develop engaging programs, build strong relationships, and equip volunteers to create a fun and safe environment for kids to experience Jesus. With a heart for ministry and a vision for growth, you’ll be key in making a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families. We’re looking for a Production Systems Engineer to help lead our technical teams and ensure everything from sound to lighting to video runs smoothly across all campuses. You’ll work alongside the Director of Production to innovate, troubleshoot, and lead volunteers in executing top-tier productions. If you have a keen eye for detail, thrive in collaborative environments, and want to be a part of something impactful, we’d love to connect with you.

In this role, you’ll work alongside the campus Worship Leader/Pastor to recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers in managing all technical aspects of worship services and events—sound, lighting, and media. You’ll also ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and support ongoing system upgrades. If you’re passionate about creating seamless worship experiences and enjoy working behind the scenes with a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

Our internship programs provide hands-on learning, mentorship, and the opportunity to build relationships with others who are passionate about ministry and leadership.

Note: All of our internships are unpaid and require that participants secure their own living arrangements and transportation.

The Compassion Residency is designed for those who are ready to take the next big step in their leadership journey. Through this immersive 10 month program, you'll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience to help you grow into the leader you’re called to be. If you’re serious about ministry and leadership, this is your chance to learn, grow, and serve.

  ministry but needs practical ministry experience in a
  teaching/coaching/mentoring environment

  ourselves
• A game changer who is able to raise the energy level for the better
  when they enter a room, conversation, or situation
• Someone who values building THE Kingdom more than building their
  own
• Humble, hungry, and smart
• 20-25 years of age
• Entering Junior or Senior Year of College with the ability to attend
  remotely
