God speaks to us. He is intimately aware of every aspect of our lives. He can use those in our lives to speak with us in addition to Scripture, Prayer, and the Holy Spirit.

Getting Ready For The Week
This week will look like last week for those that were with us. Instead of written content each day to read in addition to scripture, we are diving deep on day one giving scripture for each following day. This lets us read and hear more from God's word directly and reflect and journal on His words.
Notes on the practices:
Journaling and reflection both help to slow down and be mindful of what is being read. Both are similar practices; feel free to journal reflection questions or reflect on journalling questions. These are here to be a guide, not a task. Let the Holy Spirit lead you to whatever He may want to highlight for you specifically.
Getting Started:
A confounding and wondrous aspect of God's intentional revelation to you and me is that He chooses with great mercy to work through people. He speaks through imperfect vessels, fragile jars of clay (2 Corinthians 4:7), to share His holy message.
Looking to the past, we can see evidence of this woven into the history of God's people - His powerful words conveyed through the seemingly ordinary. To a man named Joseph, pulled out of prison, God gave the words to explain a Pharaoh's dream. He provided Moses and Aaron a proclamation to bring about the freedom of the Israelites. With the prophet Nathan, God inspired the message to confront David in his wrongdoing. Time and again, we see God directly imparting words to those who follow Him to speak to those around them.
In our present, with the Holy Spirit dwelling within us all, God can speak directly to us and through us. As we spend time with God and in His word, we grow closer to Him. We begin to become more and more like Him, aligned and attuned to His purpose. It is through becoming like Him and through the Holy Spirit that we are equipped with words to speak to those we encounter. Have you ever been in a situation where you have no idea what you will say, but the words come, and the exact thing that needs to be said is said? This is the moving of the Holy Spirit and God speaking through you to those around you.
When we consider how God chooses to speak to us through people, we can be assured it will always make much of who Christ is and will never go against what He has already spoken. If God has given you a word to speak, or receive from a brother or sister in Christ, test it against those measures.
Let this be the starting point:
Ask God to speak through you and to you through those you know.
