Letting Go To Trust
Letting go of control is often the hardest part.
We like to feel secure. We like to know we have enough. And money can easily become the thing we rely on for that sense of stability.
But Jesus gently exposes something deeper.
What we hold onto most tightly often reveals where our trust really is.
If our security is in what we have, we will constantly feel the need to protect it. But if our trust is in God, we can begin to loosen our grip.
Surrender isn’t about losing something. It’s about gaining trust. It’s choosing to believe that God is a better provider than we could ever be for ourselves.
And when we begin to release control, even in small ways, we make room for peace to grow.
