Faith of Moses’ Parents
Faith is often imagined as something loud and dramatic, but the faith of Moses’ parents was quiet, tender, and deeply courageous. In a time when fear ruled the land and Pharaoh’s command threatened the lives of innocent children, Moses’ parents chose faith over panic.
They trusted God when the future looked uncertain.
A mother hiding her baby. A father protecting his family. Small acts in the eyes of the world, yet heaven saw them as acts of faith.
The beauty of this scripture is not only that they protected Moses, but that they refused to let fear become their master.
