This Week's Focus: This week, we’ll learn how God’s grace meets us before expectation and invites us to trust Him in the wilderness through the hope of the Resurrection of Jesus.
Scripture
Scripture Helps Us Hear God And Live His Truth.
1 Moses’ father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian, heard about everything God had done for Moses and his people, the Israelites. He heard especially about how the Lord had rescued them from Egypt. (vs. 1…)

Grace That Moves Beyond Boundaries
Jethro’s story starts with something simple: he heard.
He heard about deliverance from Egypt.
He heard about provision in the wilderness.
He heard about a God who shows up.
And that was enough to move him closer.
What’s striking is that this happens before Israel receives the law. Before structure, before expectations, before identity is fully formed, God’s activity is already being witnessed by the nations.
Grace is already moving outward.
This reminds us that God’s work is not contained to a moment or a people group. His grace is not something we manage or complete, it’s something He initiates and extends.
Even in your unfinished places, your life is telling a story about God.
Not because you’ve figured everything out, but because He has already been faithful.
And sometimes, like Jethro, people don’t need your perfection.
They need to hear what God has done.

Reflection
Reflection Helps Us Pause, Listen, And Let God Speak To Our Hearts.
- Where have I seen clear evidence of God’s work in my life?
- Do I believe God can use my story right now, not just later?
- Who might be impacted by what God is doing in me?
Journaling Prompts
This Is A Safe Place To Be Honest With God
- What part of your story reflects God’s faithfulness?
- Where do you feel “not ready” for God to use you?
- What truth from this passage challenges that belief?
Worship
Worship Gently Draws Our Hearts Closer To God, Deepening Our Daily Time Of Prayer And Reflection.
A reminder that God’s faithfulness never changes.

Out Of Egypt
Follow a group of filmmakers as they attempt one of the proposed routes of the Exodus journey. Retrace the Israelite's steps, as God led them out of slavery in Egypt, through the wilderness of Jordan, and to the Promised Land of Canaan. As they delve deep into the history, culture, and geography of the Exodus, they consider how God can take each of us on a journey from slavery to salvation.

Prayer
Through Prayer, We Talk To God And Listen For His Guidance.
God, thank You that Your grace is already at work in my life. Help me trust that You can use my story, even now. Amen.
Come Back Tomorrow
Stay with this. Tomorrow we’ll reflect on how grace invites a response.
