This Week's Focus: This week, we’ll learn how God meets us in seasons where we feel off track and invites us to trust Him for daily provision through the hope of the Resurrection of Jesus.

Scripture

Scripture Helps Us Hear God And Live His Truth.
1At the Lord’s command, the whole community of Israel left the wilderness of Sin… (vs. 1)

Exodus 17:1–7 NLT

From Dry Places To Living Water

The people were thirsty, and this time, their struggle hit deeper. It wasn’t just about water anymore. It was about doubt.

“Is the Lord here with us or not?”

If we’re honest, we’ve all been there.

When something feels missing, peace, direction, clarity, it can quietly turn into a deeper question: God, are You even here? Do You see me? Do You care?

But God didn’t pull away from them in their doubt. He met them in it.

He made water flow from a rock, something unexpected, something only He could do.

And that’s who He still is.

The places in your life that feel dry, uncertain, or empty? Those aren’t signs that God has left you. They’re often the very spaces where He wants to meet you most personally. Not just to give you what you’re asking for, but to show you who He is.

Jesus invites us into that kind of relationship. One where we bring our real questions, our frustrations, even our doubts, and discover that He’s still present, still faithful, still providing.

He doesn’t just meet needs, He meets you.

And sometimes, what feels like a lack is actually an invitation:
to come closer
to trust deeper
and to experience Him in a way you wouldn’t otherwise.

Reflection

Reflection Helps Us Pause, Listen, And Let God Speak To Our Hearts.
  • Where do I feel spiritually or emotionally empty right now?
  • Have I ever questioned if God is really present in my life?
  • What might it look like to bring that honesty to God?

Journaling Prompts

This Is A Safe Place To Be Honest With God
  • Write honestly to God about where you feel empty or distant.
  • What would it look like to invite God into that space today?
  • Reflect on a time God showed up unexpectedly. What did you learn?
