This Week's Focus: This week, we’ll learn how God meets us in seasons where we feel off track and invites us to trust Him for daily provision through the hope of the Resurrection of Jesus.

The Struggle In The Wilderness
Not long after their rescue, the Israelites found themselves in a new kind of struggle. They weren’t being chased anymore, but now they were hungry, uncomfortable, and uncertain. And in that moment, their need felt louder than their memory of God’s faithfulness.
They began to complain, even wishing they had stayed in Egypt! It sounds surprising, but when pressure builds, we often do the same. We start to look back, not because it was better, but because it feels familiar.
Need has a way of exposing what we trust. When things feel steady, it’s easy to say we rely on God. But when something is missing, when we feel stretched or uncertain, that’s when our dependence is tested.
But even in their complaints, God didn’t walk away. He heard them. He responded. And He began to show them that He would provide, not just once, but daily. The same is true for you. Your need doesn’t push God away, it’s often the place where He meets you most personally.

Reflection
Reflection Helps Us Pause, Listen, And Let God Speak To Our Hearts.
- Where in your life does a current need feel overwhelming right now?
- How do you typically respond when something feels lacking or uncertain?
- Are you tempted to look backward instead of trusting God forward?
Journaling Prompts
This Is A Safe Place To Be Honest With God
- Write honestly about a need you’re facing. What emotions does it bring up?
- How can you invite God into that need today instead of trying to manage it alone?
- What would it look like to trust God with today, not the whole future?

God, you see what I need even before I ask. Help me trust that You are near and that You will provide for me today. Amen
Come Back Tomorrow
Let this sink in tonight, and tomorrow we’ll discover how God invites us to be still in the midst of the storm.
