Week 04 | Saturday

Saturday | March 07, 2026

This Week's Focus: When life feels uncertain or stuck, we often want answers, clarity, or a way out. Exodus 3, God meets Moses in the wilderness and reveals His name, "I AM."
Before God Explains What He Will Do, He Reveals Who He Is.

Scripture

Scripture helps us hear God and live His truth.
Jesus spoke to the people once more and said, “I am the light of the world. If you follow me, you won’t have to walk in darkness, because you will have the light that leads to life.”

John 8:12 NLT

Light for the Next Step

Light does not remove the journey, it makes movement possible. Jesus promises guidance, not guarantees. Faith grows through small, faithful steps, not complete clarity.

Many of us delay obedience because we cannot see the entire path. This week’s Exodus story reminds us that God walks with us step by step. He meets us in the ordinary, sees us in our struggles, reveals Himself, and provides what we need along the way.

“I AM” is not just a name to memorize, it is a presence to trust, a reality to depend on, and a guide for every uncertain moment.

Step into your next moment with courage. You do not walk alone.

Reflection

Reflection helps us pause, listen, and let God speak to our hearts.
  • What step of trust have I been postponing?
  • What fears surface when I imagine taking it?

Journaling Prompts

This Is a Safe Place to Be Honest With God
  • Looking ahead, what feels most uncertain or intimidating in your life right now?
  • Write honestly about what is holding you back and imagine what it might look like to trust God with your next step.

Worship

Worship gently draws our hearts closer to God, deepening our daily time of prayer and reflection.
Living a life fully devoted to Jesus brings guidance, purpose, and direction, reflecting how following Him brings light and clarity to walk in truth.

Placing complete trust in Jesus provides guidance and confidence in every step, reflecting how following Him brings light and direction in life.

Memory Verse

Read it once a day. Let it shape how you think and pray this week.

Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

John 6:35 NLT

Prayer

Through prayer, we talk to God and listen for His guidance.
God, thank You for walking with me. Give me courage to trust You with my next step, even when I cannot see the entire path. Amen.

You've Got This!

You have spent this week noticing God in the ordinary, trusting Him in struggles, and learning to depend on His presence. Keep reflecting on His “I AM” reality in your daily life and watch how He continues to guide your next steps.
