MONDAY | DEVOTED - WORSHIP WEEK 1

Monday | Preparing for Worship - Quieting the Noise
Worship Week 1
Monday, November 10, 2025
Reading For Monday | Psalm 46
“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
In a world filled with constant motion, stillness is rare—yet it is essential for worship. As we enter stillness, we set aside the concerns of today and the compulsive need to do, reorienting our souls to simply be in God’s presence. We must first pause to quiet the external noise—and, even more importantly, the internal chatter. It’s in stillness that we recognize God’s sovereignty.
Worship doesn’t begin with singing or standing; it begins in the quiet place where our hearts acknowledge God. This stillness opens our hearts and tunes them to His voice.
