During tough seasons, having “your people” to lean on, ask questions, and reach out to for help can provide relief from overwhelming decisions and feelings. When good news comes or prayers are answered, having “your people” with you to celebrate and encourage you feels inspiring.

• How well do you support your friends during difficult seasons?
• How do you celebrate with them when they are experiencing joy?
• How open are you to asking for help when you are going through a difficult season?
