REFLECTION
Take a few moments to pray, honestly reflect, and journal on the following questions:
- As I spoke with others today, did I encourage them, help them, or edify them in some way?
- Did I miss any opportunities to use merciful and uplifting speech today? Could I have taken a moment to compliment someone? Would it have changed my day that much? Would it have impacted theirs?
- How can I prioritize being generous with how I speak to others in the future?
