2020 Summer Camps

After very careful consideration, we have made the decision to cancel all kid and student summer camps. Although this saddens us, we must recognize that the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 are very unpredictable, and therefore want to put our youth and our ministry partners’ well-being first.

We appreciate your patience during this time as we work with our finance team to process all student camp refunds.

Camp in the City at East, Effingham and Henderson

Beginning on May 19, Pine Cove will be reaching out to all registered families with information.

All registration fees paid up to this point are being rolled forward to 2021, but if you would like a refund, please contact Pine Cove directly. They can be reached Monday through Friday 9:30 am – 6:30 pm at 877-474-6326.

Camp Cawana

For those who have already registered for camp, refunds will begin processing automatically starting on May 19. All refunds will be credited back towards your original method of payment.

Once your refund has been processed, you’ll be notified by email from your Kid’s team.

Middle School & High School Camp

Campus’ Student Ministry Team

How will my money be refunded? (Student Camps)
Through the original method of payment. If you paid on a credit card, the money will automatically be refunded to that card.

When do I know my refund has been completed? (Student Camps)
You will receive an email confirmation from your Campus’ Student Ministry.

How long will the refund process take? (Student Camps)
The refund process will begin May 19. We are hoping to complete the refund process in two weeks. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. We appreciate your patience as we work with our finance team to process all student camp refunds.

What will happen with my registration? (Camp in the City)
